*New* Building Bylaw - Feedback Wanted!

The new Building Act adopted by the BC Government in 2017 is designed to increase efficiency and productivity and support innovation; in essence, to modernize the building regulatory system. The new Act has made it necessary to develop a new District of Tofino building bylaw to accommodate the new provincial regulations.
