A formal written request is only necessary if the information you seek is not routinely available. Please make your request as specific as possible to reduce processing time and possible service fees. You may use this Request Form or submit a letter to the Corporate Services Department by:

The Act requires the District to respond to your request within 30 business days of receipt. Please note, if your request is complex, the Act permits the District to extend this time.
There is no charge for your own personal information.
There is no charge for the first 3 hours to locate and retrieve records; thereafter the charge is $7.50 per 1/4 hour ($30/hr.). The photocopying cost is $0.25/page. If there are extensive costs involved in retrieving and photocopying records to meet the request, you would be provided with a fee estimate before the request is fully processed.
